 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My parents A/C went out during the hottest day we've had so far, my dad has a heart condition and we needed help ASAP. I posted online asking for HVAC recommendations and Reliable Heating And Air came up. Russ was at their house within an hour diagnosing the problem. Their unit is older and needs replacement, but that just isn't possible financially right now. Instead of pushing a new system, he spent over an hour tracking down a blower motor that would work for their unit, drove all the way from Calabasas to Sun Valley to pick it up, and got the system running again.
The unit is on its last leg, but he bought us time to figure things out. Really grateful for the honesty and effort.

We knew something wasn’t right with that we were happy to find reliable heating and air. They didn’t overcharge us and were very well priced and super reliable. I’m a real estate agent I deal with a lot of AC companies and they’re one of the few that I feel we can trust. We will definitely keep using them and I will recommend them to my clients.

I posted online asking for HVAC recommendations and Reliable Heating And Air came up. Russ was at their house within an hour diagnosing the problem. Their unit is older and needs replacement, but that just isn't possible financially right now. Instead of pushing a new system, he spent over an hour tracking down a blower motor that would work for their unit, drove all the way from Calabasas to Sun Valley to pick it up, and got the system running again.
The unit is on its last leg, but he bought us time to figure things out. Really grateful for the honesty and effort.
